An all white object. During dusk a mixture of outside and artificial lights brings up what has been there all day.

/Edit: Yes, it is a real photo, not a 3D model .... :)

I trust you when you say its a real object, but, its just so perfectly smooth it gives the illusion of being a rendered model.

What exactly is it ?

It's a combined lamp / signpost in the all-white cityhall of theHague, Holland.

The underexposure and some noise treatment is responsible for the effect.
