All that I want to say is their living condition is undoubtedly awfully terrible, however unfortunately it's the way exactly how the people, part of the people there in Bukinafaso manage to live themselves. There's nothing we can help for them, because there're too many of them and as a single person there is really nothing one can do.Official assistance from other countries I see no practical effectiveness in helping them rid of this because of several reasons...mostly because there lacks in the most Afrikan countries a strong and good government capable of handling economical difficulties as well as improving the local poor infrastructures.
Giving a begger a coin wouldn't help them rid of being a begger in the future...if the begger wouldn't try to make good use of donated resources...this is the way I feel in long working in the related field.
