Intense colours, especially in clothing, tends to become an emblem in Tibet.People cheeks are also intensely rosy because the lack of oxygen, due to the high altitude, induces red cell multiplication(polycythaemia), a necessary increase to cope anoemia. Rosy cheeks is not a sign of good health in this part of the world!...
