Dirty road through an hamlet
Many little villages laying beside the dirt road to the next junction Ban Yo, when we went to Phongsali city. The dirt road turns into the perfect asphalt road joining China with Phongsali.
The village has no electricity neither running fresh water. the people living there the inhabitants speak a language called Lao-Pan. from Sino-Tibetian sorce.
