Sure autumn is linked with vibrant colours, reds, yellows and browns, but no need for colour here, the essence of autumn is there:
sunshine to make the day bathed in warm light,
a little fog to remind us the cold is coming,
leaves aplenty to be crunched under the feet,
almost bare branches...
