Pot Marigold (also known as Ruddles, English Marigold and Scottish Marigold) is native to southern Europe but it is also widely naturalised further north in Europe and elsewhere in warm temperate regions of the world.

With its vivid orange or yellow flowers, it is also widely cultivated for garden use as an easy to grown species.
