Worked for the US Forest Service for the last 36 years in forest protection, both biological control and aerial application. Have done some international consulting work for FAO which has taken me to some great countries over the years.
Hobbies are the horse farm, dogs, and Porsches.
Equipment is Nikon, D70 and my new D5100. I've done a lot of macro work on insects and fungi for scientific publication, textbooks, and popular press.
