I've been 'snapping' since I was a boy, teaching myself as I went along and aiming to move into slide photography. Now with digital technology and the freedom to 'experiment' without cost to me or the environment I'm able to truly 'paint with light'. My Nikon D60 is almost a mini darkroom itself! Seeing my images on the computer screen in the evening is so satisfying.

I take these pictures for my pleasure and generally only have to crop them to get the image I want. The landscapes are untouched except for the removal of 'litter' or eyesores!
