I started to get interested in photography almost 2 years ago, around mid 2007 and bought a DSLR camera around that time, a Canon EOS 400D + kit lens. But then I got pregnant, was very excited on the pregnancy and forgot all about photography. :)
Around mid 2008, photography suddenly came back to me and now it has became my hobby. I bought a tele lens 55-250mm on October 2008 and started to click my shutter button anytime I could. The pictures I got were not good. I learn to take better pictures by making mistakes... lots of mistakes. :))
Then early 2009 I met up with a friend from high school who's interested in photography too and get to know with macro photography. Since then getting good macro pictures is my target.
Because I don't have the money yet to buy a macro lens, I use a cheap way to get macro pictures, i.e. macro extension tube and reversed lens.
I love macro photography because when I take a macro picture I feel like I see things in a very very different perspective. I'm always amazed with what I see in the viewfinder.
