I am an amatuer photographer who has been taking photographs since about 1945, when I was in the second grade, or a little earlier.
I use an automatic digital camera -- HP Photosmart M 525.
I live in the Lowcountry village of Branchville, in South Carolina, USA.
Zip 29432.
I would appreciate any tips and constructive criticisms which would be useful within the limitations which I have with an automatic camera such as the HP Photosmart M 525.

I love taking photos, even though I don't know much about photography.
After spending a little time in the doctor's office yesterday, my wife and I enjoyed a few hours on the Battery of Charleston, S.C.
That is were the War Between the States began in 1861. The homes there are magnificent and great subjects of photographs.
