i am an amateur and started with digital photography in 2003. At present i am using a Canon Rebel xti and a Canon 5D. i have no preference as to one specific genre over another. The occasions determine what i photograph and am guided more by intuition than determination.
There is a place for colour as there is for monochrome and i have a slight preference for the latter. Other than that, i believe that less is often more.

Thanks, Mick. The analog camera was actually a "Point and Shoot" Fuji DL 80 as I was afraid to take my "good" camera into the dinghy.
