The self proposer

One of the most famous persons in this community is the self proposer

He dares to propose his own works for our "holy" gallery ... can you believe that????

He seems to believe that his own work is worth to enter it and since nobody dared to propose it, he takes care of things himself!!!

Well, let's see ... a quick look into the rules doesn't say, he must not do so ... ghee ... how can we come along with that?

What might be his reasons to propose his own works?

Could be that he is really convinced that his work should make it.

We all know that art is a very subjective thing and he might be right from his perspective. And he'll probably find some people who think the same way ... In this case - if he finds them via the voting - his proposal fulfilled all his wishes, doesn't it?

He could be interested to show that the gallery means nothing to him.

Very well ... so he's proposing "poor" works for it ... everybody will be happy: He, because he made his statement and the rest of the users as well, because they won't vote it into the gallery ... :-)

He's looking for attention.

Yep, this is a nice way to get some certain attention. Some of our users do him even the favour to drag the self proposal into public and herewith get him even more attention from those who usually don't vote ... :-)
