That's community

General

The basic idea of this community is to share knowledge and discuss about photography.

It's intension is that this is a place where photographers help photograpers by commenting each others photos.

Of course there are comments which don't say too much and only state the appreciation the visitor pays to a certain photo, but there are comments as well, where the author shows out to give some helpful advice.

You got one of those helpful comments??? You felt the community's spirit and appreciated it within a photo???

Then why not show this photo to the rest of the community by moving it into the new section "That's community"?

We created this section to give you the chance to say "Thank you" to the guys who helped you to improve your photo by giving a help in a comment as well as to those who carried you through a hard time ...

How to use the section

"That's community!" should highlight a special comment/user and therefore we would appreciate that you do some work to lead the viewers attention to that comment/user who gave the help.

But let's do it step by step ... :-)

How to move a photo into the section

To move a photo into a different section of fotocommunity, just click the Image:Iconedit.jpg-button in the photos big view.

You will be offered almost the same options as if you would upload for the first time, but now you have to select the channel "Topics" and the section "That's community" ...

Now alter or add the text of your photo's describtion to point out the reason of the movement into this special section.

Confirm your changes by clicking the confirmation button.

As with any other section, we start it see how it works ... If we come to the conclusion it's not "asked" by the user, we will close it and move the photos back into their original sections ...
