Messengers

You can name an instant-messenger in your profile. A messenger is a small programm which you have to install and which helps you to get in contact with other users very fast.

There are several messengers offered to choose from:

• ICQ (Mirabilis)
• AOL Messenger
• Yahoo Messenger

Enter your messenger and your Messenger-ID into the approbiate fields when you edit your "photographers profile" at Mypics.

If you enter a messenger your "messenger-online-status" will be shown in your profile. If you activate the option "Show messenger-ID to buddies only" only photographers on your buddy-list (Buddies) can see your messenger-status.

After installing ICQ you'll be guided through your first steps and you'll receive a ICQ-ID which you have to enter into your profile (see above).
