Just click to enter the my discussions screen.

You'll find all photos listed which you commented on recently - even your own uploads.

New comments to one of the photos are highlighted in yellow in the thumbs view.

Simply click the thumb to get to the new comment ... who knows ... it could be a message or reaction regarding your recent comment ... :-)
