Credits

What are credits?

You earn credits for actions in fotocommunity. They're used to measure your activity and to adapt your grade of co-determination in the fotocommunity. The more you do the more credits and co-determination you earn.

You can see your actual credits in the myPics-screen:

Worth of actions in credits

You earn credits for:

  • every uploaded photo - 3 credits
  • if your comment is the first one to a photo - 5 credits
  • for any other comment - 3 credits

You lose credits:

  • for every other users comment you delete with one of your photos - -5 credits
  • if you delete one of your own comments - -5 credits
  • if we have to delete one of your photos - -50 credits

Userlevels

Fotocommunity is designed by its members in the most parts. The grade of co-determination is a result of every users credits.

These are the levels a user can reach:

User Trial-member / Free-Guest
Member Basic-membership and higher
Regular-Member starting at 200 Credits
Power-Member starting at 700 Credits


Rights for the userlevels

  • Free-Guest: - no extra rights
  • Member: - One recommendation for the Gallery every 14 days, access to "Memberstalk"
  • Regular-Member: - voting-right to establish projects
  • Power-Member: - suggestion of new sections, proposals for calendar entries (http://www.fotocommunity.com/info/Calendar#How_do_i_create_a_new_entry_for_the_user_calendar.3F)
