wish you a warm welcome to the community.
To write a comment to a photo you need to be logged in, scroll down to the bottom of the page of a photo you like to comment to, there it says: "Post comment". If you click on that, a popup window appears where you can write your comment.
If your browser blocks popups you need to set your browser to allow fc.com to open popups. Otherwise you miss some of the functionallity of the website.
Let us know if it still doesn't work.
