hi i´m new in the fc.com
i have some questions to the voting...
i´ve seen some pictures in the voting who was propose for it and this pics they have the date from tree months again. . .
my question is. . .
What does happen with pictures who don´t reach the 100 voices in 48 hours ?

The voting in .com surely takes "a little bit" longer than in .de
As there are not so many members voting it takes several months to get 100 votes, it's not necessary to get them in 48 hours. 48 hours is the minimum time for being in the voting queue...
So: when recommending a photo for the gallery, be aware that it takes a long time to get there...

Yes, you can recommend one more picture every 2 weeks, you don't have to wait until your first (second, third...) proposal ended.
