Hello pip dunstan, i am also from india, i have used ur editor when you have shared, but recenlty there is a new versioon of photoshoonlinefree known as www.toolpic.com which is best photoshop online free alternative to photoshop.the most i like about toolpic is that it has animation option and also ready made speicial effect which we can apply directly on the pics.
And pip dear, sorry to say the one you shared with us, i came to know that it is iframe of pixlr and toolpic and direct editor

Nice collection guys! I personally used this one (http://www.freephotoeditor.net) for months but I'm going to try all of the above one by one and bookmark, as everyone may have different features and uses.
