Ah found it. I have found aout why some thumbnails do show in the galleres. It was my Firewall. After removing the 'AD POPUP' blocker, all thumnails appear. Not sure why some came through and others did not. but, hey its sorted.

Straps for Panasonics

Sorry, Mike.

I have a Lumix FZ20, but it came with a strap thats pretty good. I have never seen a strap sold seperately. Maybe Ebay is the place to look.

Otherwise, just check out your local camera shop. They are bound to have a strap that will fit the eyelets on the Panasonic.

I agree. Most of the time i feel like an alien to post comment in english where you find all are in German.

One more thing for Channel Manager, when you take your mouse on tabs , yellow colored windows pops-up in German, i think this should be in English.

Jon,

When you go to the tab myPics you can click on your own picture.
There you will see an orange button "edit"
from there you can either delete or edit.

Age isn't really an issue here, so don't worry about that at all.
There are a fair few members around your age who produce top-notch images. It's great to see people come in as "newbies" and develop their style and skills. The feedback you get on your work will normally be very constructive and of great value to you. Enjoy.

If there any issues with using the site, just contact one of the channel managers, we'll be pleased to help in any way we can.

This forum is also an important part of the site, besides the gallery. It's good to shoot questions into the forum, you'll get good answers too.

Dear Channel Managers & FC memebers.

On " mypics " page there is a Tab Known "Discuss". this page shows all those pictures you have commented and also higlighted with yellow color if any addition comments posted on that picture. This is a nice concept.

Presently it works in this way, you have to brows all past pictures to know if any comment added on those.

I have a proposal to make this browsing simple: In this "Discuss" page, pictures should be sorted as per last comment posted.
So we can have all yellow color highlighted pictures in the last, this will help browsing the picture easily where you have commented.

Hope the above message is clear for channel managers.
And FC members you can put your advices.

LIFE Magazine published a new issue of its special books.

This one is called "Photography exposed". It contains a lot of awesome, beautiful and stunning photographies with its story behind.

I really recommend it. This book is more than worth the money (10.99 $).
