Line on developed pictures, help?

Hello, so I've recently started with analogue photography, had one film developed which was just fine, but on the second one there was a line going horizontally through the pictures. It was not visible on the first 5 photos, but then got worse towards the end of the film.

Now is this line on the film itself, was it the camera, was it just poor development on the photographer's side who developed the film, did it happen while they scanned it (I only ordered a digital copy and got the photos first on a CD)? And additionally, is it fixable?
Also, the film used was a Kodak ColorPlus ISO 200 and the camera a Praktica M3, lens Helios 44m-4 58mm f/2.

Unfortunately the links you provided ar not opening. This can however be caused by several different causes.
Dirt in the camera which damages the soft side of the film.
Dirt on the wipers which were used to dry the film after cleansing.
Fixable, almost not it is at least very difficult to fix a once damaged film.

The thing is, the negatives don't look damaged and on the printed thumbnails of the photos the line can't be seen either, but maybe it is because they are scaled down too much.

Seems to me that those are not damages to the negative, looks like a scan problem.
